Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Clarification of the NRC's Instructions for Insertion of Technical Specification Amendment No.129 Technical Specification Amendment No.129 dated May 14, 1987 contained an inttruction sheet to be used for inserting the amendment into the Technical Specifications.
It was noted that the instruction sheet did not provide for removal of page 4-56 along with the insertion of the revised page 4-56; nor did the instructions provide for removal of page 6-13a which should have been deleted. The purpose of this letter is to request that NRC provide a letter of clarification with an errata sheet showing that these two outdated pages should be removed from TMI-1. Technical Specifications.
Redundant outdated pages 4-56 and 6-13a do not pose any safety concerns, but they should be removed from the Technical Specifications for clarity.
