Response to Inspection Report 50-482/86-07
Dear Mr. Johnson:
The enclosed report is the response to your letter of June 25, 1986, which transmitted Inspection Report STN 50-482/86-07 As requested, the violation (482/8607-01) identified in the Inspection Report is being addressed in four parts which are presented in the attachment to this letter.
a)
The reason for the violation, if admitted; b)
The corrective steps which have been taken and results achieved; c)
The corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further violations; and d)
The date when full compliance will be achieved.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CPR 73 21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter, when separated from the attachment, does not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
