Enclosed please find a copy of Inspection Report No. 99900302/86-01. The report
' covers the NRC inspection conducted at Western Piping and Engineering on August 11-12, 1986. The inspection was conducted to address your concerns with the qualifi-cations of the engineer that performed certifications of pipe clamps manufactured by Western Piping and Engineering as you stated in a letter to Chairman Palladino on March 29, 1986.
