NOTICE CONCERNING GOVERNMENTS' RESPONSE TO LILCO'S FIRST REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS Counsel for the Governments and LILCO are presently engaged in discussions to work out a stipulation which would obviate the need for the Governments to respond to "LILCO's First Request for Admissions and Third Set of Interrogatories Directed to Suffolk County, New York State, and the Town of Southampton" (hereafter,
" Admissions"), dated December 1, 1986.
Counsel for the Governments undertake to proceed on the stipulation as expedi-tiously as possible.
Although it would appear that such stip-ulation will be reached, the Governments wish to notify the Board and other parties that if a response to LILCO's Admissions is required, such response will be filed out of time.
