December 11, 1986 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Ruling on NECNP's Motion for Leave to file Supplemental Contentions on Revision 2 of the NH State and Local Radiological Emergency Response Plan)
On December 11, 1986 this Board received the subject motion and an additional pleading titled NECNP Supplemental Contentions on Revision 2 of the NH State and Local Radiological Emergency Response Plans. Both docunents were dated December 10, 1986.
By our on der of December 4,1986, this Board provided for parties other than the NRC Staff to respond to Revision 2 contentions by December 16, 1986.
In view of the short time remaining before these responses are due, we issue this denial by telephonic means to Applicants and parties. The Board denies NECNP's Motion for Leave to file supplemental contentions on Revision 2 for lack of good cause g2QD G
