Dear Mr. Martin:
The Department of Environmental Protection will be participating in the full scale emergency exercise at Hope Creek, scheduled for November 12, 1986.
We appreciate the opportunity to exchange information supporting our collective response at the NRC Region I Hope Creek training session on November 5, 1986.
There will be two Radiation Protection Program representatives attending your training session.
They are Mr. Kent Tosch, Nuclear Engineer and Ms. Jennifer Moon, Radiation Physicist, Bureau-of Nuclear Engineering.
Mr.
Tosch will be the Assistant State Radiological Assessment Officer at the PSE&G Emergency Operations Facility during the exercise.
Ms. Moon is the State's Controller for scenario development.
They will also be prepared to compare our dose model with the NRC's and PSE6G's.
