RANCHO SECO SITE ACCESS FOR MR. MARK A. CARUSO AND MR. GEORGE KALMAN This letter concerns unescorted access of M. A. Caruso and G.
Kalman, Headquarters' employees, to the Rancho Seco facility.
Access to the site will be required for Mr. Caruso periodically
, while he is assigned as lead reviewer and Task Manager for NRC review of the Wire and Cable Action Plan activities at Rancho Seco.
Access will be required for Mr. Kalman periodically on a continuing basis while he serves as NRC Project Manager for Rancho Seco.
Both men, identified in the enclosure to this letter, should be provided site specific training in radiological protection, emergency response and security comparable to that furnished by you to regular site employees granted unescorted access.
