Thank you for your letter of September 10', 1986 forwarding the enclosed views of your constituent, Lewis C. Green, on the Commission's proposed revisions to its Rules of Practice in 10 CFR Part 2.
The Commission is particularly interested in receiving public comments on these proposals and has accordingly extended the comment period to October 17, 1986. At the close of the comment period, the Office of the General Counsel will analyze the comments received and recommend further action to the Commission. We will consider Mr. Green's views, together with those of other members of the public, in formulating that recomendation.
