Dear Mr. Bernero:
In accordance with Reference (a) above, the attached document is being submitted to your office to notify you of the current status of the NPDES Permit for LaSalle County Station.
The attachment to Reference (b) was a request for revision of the permit for LaSalle County Station, dated May 8, 1986. Enclosed is a correction to that transmittal to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency from Commonwealth Edison.

Dear Mr. McSwiggin:
Our modification request dated May 8, 1986 erroneously stated that outfall 001(f) "... consists entirely of intake screen backwash water discharged intermittently at 10-15 gym... " (2nd sentence, paragraph
- 4). This description is incorrect and, instead, should read "... consists entirely of non-contact equipment cooling water discharged continuously".
