Enclosed is a letter from Westinghouse Electric Corporation requesting an amendment to export license XSNM01458 to 1) increase the quantity of uranium-235 authorized for export by an additional 3,582 kilograms; 2) increase maximum enrichment from 3.55% to 4.15%; 3) authorize shipment of an additional 57,872
. kilograms Canadian-origin material; and 4) authorize shipment of 12,000 kilograms of Australian-origin material.
Your assistance in obtaining the assurance letter from South Korea and the required approval for re-export of Australian and Canadian-origin material will be greatly appreciated.
