Freedom of Information Act Request
Dear Mr. Grimsley:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C.
5 552) and the NkC's regulations in 10 C.F.R. Part 9, we hereby request copies of any and all reports submitted to the NRC at any time by Westinghouse Electric Corporation or any affiliated company pursuant to 10 CFR 21 with respect to Westinghouse DB-50 circuit Breakers or any other "DB" series type of Westinghouse Circuit Breakers.
We would appreciate your prompt response to this request within the ten working day period provided in 10 C.F.R. 5 9.9.
These documents we are requesting could prove to be significant to ongoing litigation and are needed promptly.
Accordingly, we trust that this request will be fulfilled as expeditiously as possible.
