I&E Inspection 86-25

NRC Letter Gagliardo to Williams, dated November 4, 1986 (G-86584)
Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
In a conversation today with Mr. John Jaudon of your office, PSC identified some concerns related to I&E Inspection 86-25 forwarded to PSC by Reference 1.
As a result of these discussions, PSC requested an extension of thirty days to respond to the inspection. Mr. Jaudon concurred and requested that PSC document this concurrence by letter.
PSC will, therefore, submit its response to I&E Inspection 86-25 on or before January 5, 1987.
