PULLMAN POWER PRODUCTS INVESTIGATION BY OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS FIELD OFFICE, REGION II CASE NO: RII-83-A-0022 OI/RII 2-83-005 By memorandum dated May 17, 1984, we were advised by J. Vorse, Director, Office of Investigations Field Office, Region II, that the U.S. Attorney, District of North Georgia, and Main Justice, Department of Justice declined to prosecute this matter. The Region is now free to pursue this matter with regards to possible enforcement action and release of those inspection reports which were being held pending this decision. The investigative file is being retained in my office and will be released to you at your request. A copy of the above memorandum is enclosed for your information k
