Georgia Power Company hereby submits a proposed amendment to the Plant Hatch security Plan in accordance with requirements i
published in thee Federal Register, dated August 4, 1986, pertaining to revisions to 10 CFR 73.55.
The changes to the security program provided in the enclosed revision to the Plant Hatch security Plan are already in effect with the exception of two items indicated on the enclosure and provided with an implementation date.
Changes to the Security Plan itself will be effected upon NRC approval of this submittal, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
The revisions incorporated by this amendment are described in Enclosure 1.
Since public disclosure of security information may jeopardize the safety of the facility, we request that the material submitted herewith be maintained as proprietary and withheld from pubic disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.70 (d) and 10 CFn 73.21.
