REPORT ON THE STATUS OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN Pursuant to the request made by the Board at the March 25-26, 1986 prehearing conference, the State of New Hampshire hereby submits its sixth report on the status of the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan (hereinafter referred to as the " State Plan" or "NHRERP").

Revision 2 of the State Plan (hereinafter referred to as Revision 2) was submitted by the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency to FEMA on September 8, 1986.

A copy of Revision 2 was served on the Board and the parties to this proceeding during the week of Septeraber 8, 1986.

Copies of Revision 2 are also being distributed to holders of controlled copies of the State Plan; i.e.,

the New Hampshire communities in the plume exposure emergency planning zone for Seabrook, state agencies involved in radiological emergency planning and response, and to other interested persons.

The process of distributing Revision 2 the controlled copy holders will be completed this week.

.. The Civil Defense Agency has solicited from holders of the State Plan their questions and comments on Revision 2, including the FEMA and Regional Assistance Committee reviewers.

State planners will continue the process of reviewing the plan and identifying and addressing any necessary changes in the plan.
