That submittal was made in accordance with the. provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p).

This. change was necessary because the implementation schedule provided conflicted with the requirements-of 10 CFR 50.54 (p).

.i The enclosed changed page 1-1 of the Guard Training and Qualification Plan, reflecting the necessary revision to the plan's. implementation schedule, is hereby submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p).

This change has been determined not to decrease the

. safeguards effectiveness of the plan.

Since public disclosure. of security information may jeopardize the safety of the facility, we request that the material submitted herewith be -maintained as proprietary and withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.70 (d) and 10 CFR 73.21.
