r. Chairman As of todays date, there is no plan for scheduled payments into the decommissioning f und and relevant evidence available for public review in the office of the Seabrook Town Clerk.

According to a conversation with Virginia Fowler, clerk of the town of Seabrook, she has not yet received the information.

RSA 162-F:21 paragraph IV requires that such information be available for public review at least 30 days before the scheduled October 1 hearing. OI object to this violation of state law and feel that the reasons for the violation should be explained and the situation corrected.
