Document No. STD-R-02-OOi, has been primarily revised for clarity and l

to remove typographical errors.

In addition the SAR has also been revised to reflect the proper size of the primary lid gasket seal.

Hittman Drawing No.

COO 1-5-9138 has been revised to include a

reference to the current cask handling procedure.

The Bill of Materials and Section B-B on this drawing have also been revised to l

l reflect primary and secondary lid seal gaskets which are more detailed and in full agreement with the Safety Analysis Report.
