Dear Mr. Davis:
US NRC Region III Conformation Action Letter CAL RIII 86-004, Amendment 1 dated February 10, 1987 approved a special four phase plan (reference (a)) designed to return this operator to licensed duties.
Commonwealth Edison has decided to transfer this individual to other duties not involving any licensing activities.
Due to this reassignment this plan and the associated monitoring program have been terminated. We request that Confirmatory Action Letter CAL RIII 86-004 be cancelled.
