Enclosed are two copies of Limerick Generating Station Energency Plan Implementing Procedures.

These procedures are submitted per regulations in 10CFR50, Appendix E, Section V.

The procedures being submitted are the following:

EP-201 Rev. 6 EP-210 Rev. 6' EF-325 Rev. 4 Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the names and telephone numbers in procedure EP-201 Rev. 6, pages 2, 9, 18, 19, and 20 be withheld from public disclosure.

An affidavit setting forth the grounds in support of this request is attached hereto.

The part of the Document which is sought to be withheld from public disclosure is the listing of the telephone numbers of emergency response support organizations.

the telephone numbers set forth in the Document have been treated as confidential information and have been withheld from public disclosure by the Company.

The telephone numbers in the Document should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential l

and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the telephone numbers of the emergency support organizations could adversely

affect *the capability of prompt notification response and transmittal of necessary information in the event of an s

emergency; such disclosure is not required in the public interest; and such disclosure could adversely affect the irit'erests of the Company and its ability to effectively implement i

the notification requirements of the Emergency Plan Procedures.
