MEMORANDUM AND ORDER On December 3,1986, Intervenors Suffolk County, State of New York, and the Town of Southampton filed a motion for reconsideration of the undersigned's Memorandum and Order dated November 7,1986, denying intervenors' earlier motion to rescind the partial reconstitution of a licensing board in the Shoreham proceeding (Docket No. 50-322-0L-5, EP Exercise).
The motion for reconsideration presents nothing new.
