Proposed Security Plan Changes Required by 10 CFR 73.55
Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55 as modified in the Federal Register (51FR27821) and 10 CFR 50.90, Attachment I provides a summary of proposed changes to the Wolf Creek Security Plans and the schedule for implementation. Attachment II contains the Significant Hazards determination.
Attachment III and Attachment IV contain markups of these proposed changes.
The attachments to this letter contain Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and, therefore, should be withheld from public disclosure.
This letter, when seperated from the attachments does not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
Acknowledgement of receipt of this letter by signing the enclosed transmittal form would be appreciated.
