MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA The United States Department of Labor through its undersigned counsel hereby moves for an order quashing the subpoena for the deposition of David Feinberg, a former-compliance officer with the Wage and Bour Division, Department of Labor, who investigated a whistleblower '

complaint filed by Mr. Richard Parks under section 210 of

-.the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. S5851).

The grounds for this motion are set forth fully in the attached Memorandum of Points and Authorities and support-ing Affidavits.
