  • REPLY TO NECNP'S PROPOSED FINDINGS Under date of December 4, 1986, New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution (NECNP) has filed a motion for leave, inter alia, to reply to Applicants' Reply to NECNP's Proposed Findings.

Allowance of this motion is a matter within the sound discretion of the Board, and the Applicants' have no objection to the allowance of the motion and the consideration by the Board of the substantive reply to which it refers.
