SUFFOLK COUNTY'S OPPOSITION TO LILCO'S MOTION TO COMPEL On November 24, 1986, LILCO filed a Motion to Compel responses to certain interrogatories and document requests it had directed to the State of New York (" State") seeking information about exercises at other nuclear plants having absolutely no relevance to this proceeding.
For the reasons cited in the State's Opposition to the Motion to Compel, filed today, Suffolk County hereby opposes LILCO's Motion to Compel.
