Dear Mr. Wellmann:
This refers to the special safety inspection conducted by Mr. John R. White and the Mrs. Marlene J. TayJor of this office on March 19, 1987 at your
. facility.
The inspection consisted of performing radiological surveys of the office and l
warehouse areas to confirm that there were no areas of contamination left by the previous owner.
Background radiation levels in the area measured 15 micro R/hr.
Radiation levels in your facility measured 14 to 18 micro R/hr,essenti-ally indistinguishable from background. Wipes taken in the bathroom and analyzed in the regional laboratory showed no evidence of removable contamination.
