CURRENT LIST OF ITEMS REQUIRING REGION IV INSPECTION EFFORT ON SOUTH TEXAS TO SUPPORT THE NRR SAFETY EVALUATION The following is a list of items on which Region IV inspection is requested to support the completion of the Safety Evaluation on the South Texas Project.
The applicant has characterized these items as having been or to be completed by fuel load.
Item Reference (1) Procedures on Emergency Communication System SER Confirmatory Item No. 19 and applicant letter ST-HL-AE-2121 dated April 28, 1987 (2) Fire Protection audit items SSER-3, Section 9.5.1 (3) Raychem Splices SSER-3, Section 8.1 (4) Implementation of RG 1.75 to Anaconda SSER-3, Section 8.3.3.3.3 sealtight flex conduit (5) Oxygen Monitoring of the GWPS Applicant letter ST-HL-AE-2228 dated June 4, 1987 g (6) Operability of the Prompt Notification System SSER-3, Section 13.3.2 Ho gga-(7) Post-Implementation appraisal of the ERF to SSER-3, Section 13.3.2 Og NUREG-0737 (Supp. 1)
