Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Disposition of NOV in Inspection Report 86-01 Your letter of April 23, 1987 acknowledged our letters and the meeting concerning the contested violation in Inspection Report 86-01. This violation concerned the use of respiratory protection gear during drills. Your letter also accepted the actions taken to address the concern.
By your statement that the meeting at Region I was held to resolve the issue, we consider the item closed and the violation withdrawn.
