Subfect: Toledo Edison Corporate Management Change This letter is to inform you of a Toledo Edison organizational change in the senior management structure that was made effective June 1, 1987.
Mr. Paul Smart, President of Toledo Edison, has been assigned primary responsibility for regulatory affairs in support of Centerior Energy Corporation. To accommodate this assignment, Mr. Lyman Phillia Senior s,
Vice President of Centerior Energy, has been elected Executive Vice President of Toledo Edison. He is responsible fcr Toledo Edison's ongoing activities in the production, transmissior. and distribution of energy and reports for all nucicar matters directly to Mr. Robert Ginn, Chairman of the Board of Centerior Energy and Chief Executive Officer of Toledo Edison.
I report to Mr. Phillips in my capacity as Toledo Edison's Vice President-Muclear.
Prior to 1:r. Fbt111ps' present assignment, he served as Toledo Edison's
's Senior Vice President-Administration and was deeply i..volved in supporting Davis-Besse efforts.
A request to tevise the offcite organization chart in Section 6.0, Administrative Controls, of the Davis-Besse Technical Specifications is in preparation to reflect this change and will be submitted to the NRC by June 30, 1987.
