Enclosed please find Region I, Cop; 5, Rev. 6 of UNC Naval Products' Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan. Note that the entire Plan is Rev. 6 and, with the exception of the October 8,1986 submittal, all paDes are dated September 25, 1986. The Table of Contents and index remain unchanged.
This reissue of the Plan was necessary in order to show changes in the physical plant, personnel reassignments and responsibilities and to assure compliance with UNC and Regulatory policies and procedures.
This letter and the enclosed FNMC Plan, as amended, are being trans-mitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c), there being no decrease in effectiveness of the Plan.
This submittal contains Information regarding our control and account-Ing system for the safeguarding of SSNM and, as specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d), is not to be placed in the public document room.
