The purpose of this modification is to deobligate $80,000 from the contract and to reduce the total ceiling amount of the contract. The following changes are thereby made:

Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Oblication 1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $120,000.00.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost performance of that work.
3.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $120,000.00."

Article IV - Contract Ceiling and Obligation, the following change is made:
Paragraph 8, Contract Ceilina and Oblication, the first sentence is changed to read:
"The ceiling amount of this contract and the amount presently; obligated by the Government is $120,000.00.

As a result of this Modification No. 3, the contract ceiling amount is reduced by $80,000.00 from $200,000.00 to $120,000.00.
