Enclosed is a copy of the Final Report of the Integrated Leakage Rate Test (ILRT) for the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station (STPEGS)

Unit 1 Reactor Containment Building.

This 24-hour test was conducted on March 24 and 25, 1987, and it demonstrated that the containment leakage under prescribed post-accident conditions was well within the allowable leakage rate value specified in the STPEGS Unit 1 final draft Technical Specifications.

The ILRT was followel by a successful test to verify instrumentation performance and 10CFR50 Appendix J.

This report is provided for your information and use in accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix J, V.B.
