Miraglia The District's January 16, 1986 submittal, " Request for License Amendment Revision" was supposed to include thrae attachments.
Mr. Syd Miner of your staff has indicated that Attachment III, entitled, " Updated Fire llazards Analysis Report, Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station" (Revision 2), was not received with the submittal.
Enclosed with this letter is the missing Attachment III which should complete the District's January 16, 1986 submittal.
