Dear Natalie,

I am directing this to you since you dealt with the original

          .rOIA-85-161.

part of the documents I received included some Allegation Data Forms, Allegation Review Forms and Document Lists. However, they seemed to be rather piece-meal. If possible, as an extention of the request relating to 85-161 I am requesting the supporting documents for the cases (from 161) and the supporting documents for the closure of some of those cases listed in 161:

          ~)
          . 04-84-018 (attached)
2) Q4-84-042 (attached) %
3) 84-A-85 (att ached ) w//
4) 84-A-0195 (attached)
5) 4-84-003 (attached)

As you see, they are incomplete, and seemingly random. j I would like any other documents pertaining to them other I than the ones 7ttached. 1 I an also sending another FOIA to your attention today because I am expanding on this request to include all cases.

) As I said, if it can be an extension of 85-161 to sand

/ further documents please do send the other information that was not included in 161. If that is not possible, then the FOIA I sent to your attention today will cover this request as well. Thanks. Sincerely, f3

                                                                        -\ '
