Inquiry No. 87-01 This refers to a telephone inquiry by Mr. Steven Courtemanche of this office with Dr. Lucian Fletcher on April 27, 1987. This inquiry concerned activities authorized by License No. SNM-1747, as they relate to the pending need for renewal of your license.
From this discussion, it is our undarstanding that a renewal application will be sent to this office prior to May 31, 1987.
If our understandings are incorrect, please inform us in writing.
