Dear Ms. Connell:

We request that License No. SNM-138 be amended to include 16 grams of plutonium 239 contained in an encapsulated plutonium-beryllium neutron source and 2 grams of U-235 contained in a fission chamber. These materials are being transferred from Facility License No. R-62 and will be stored in our waste storage building.
