Dear Mr. Miller:
This is in response to your letter of April 28, 1986, regarding notification of the Commission meeting with the Subcommittee on Nuclear Waste Disposal of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC).
In the future, the NRC will ensure that your Tribe is afforded timely notification of our public meetings in the high-level waste (HLW) program. We are in the process of issuing a letter to all second repository Tribes requesting they provide NRC with a contact for notification of upcoming meetings and for receipt of signi_ficant NRC HLW documents. In-the interim, we will add your name to our weekly upcoming meeting notices.
