Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter transmits Appendix "A", " Protection, Receipt, Storage and Special Security Measures During Refueling Operations", to the Fort St. Vrain Security Plan.
The amendments required by the above Federal Register reference do not affect this Appendix and subsequently, no revisions IIave' been made with this transmittal. The amendments to the applicable sections of the Plan have been transmitted under separate cover.
We request that the enclosed information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and 10 CFR 73.21.
