SUMMARY
Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted at the site during normal working hours in the areas of measurements, facility organization and management controls and followup on previous enforcement matters.
Results:
One licensee identified violation - failure to properly approve a-procedure prior to use was identified.
