APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO TOWN OF SEABROOK MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER OF THE BOARD OF IMPOSING SANCTIONS Now come the Applicants and answer the " Town of Seabrook Motion for Reconsideration of Order of the Board of Imposing Sanctions" and say - that the same -should be denied.
The motion basically seeks relief on the basis that the town was in noncompliance with Board Orders by " mistake and misfortune".
