Dear Tony:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of September 25, 1986, in which we made the following agreementc with respect to CPRT discovery.
The time fer us to answer Set No. 2 is extended to'and including October 13, 1986.
The time to respond to Sets No. 8-12 is extended to and including December 6, 1986; you have already granted an extension on Nos. 3-7 to November 6, 1986.
I We further agreed that the deposition of Dr. Buck need not take place on October 2, 1986, but rather that the time for taking that deposition would be extended pending future discussions concerning the deposition phase of discovery.
