To discuss issues related to burnup credit allowance in criticality determinations for spent fuel.

Discussion:
Problems related to the verification of burnup and its use in criticality determinations were discussed. Presentations on determinations of burnup and k
by measurement were presented. Good success in k measurement has been a8bfeved,andfissionchamberdetectorshavebeendev8f$pedbyReuter-Stokes, to allow k determination for spent fuel.
gff The session was a balanced presentation of issues and developments related to burnup credit.
It was well attended, in particular, by cask vendors.
