I am requesting copios of any lotter or lotters supporting or I
opposing the transfer of ownership and/or nuclear materials licenso(s) of GA Technologies, La Jolla, California, from former owner Chevron Corp. to now owners Noal and Linden Blue (dba GA Technology Inc, Cordilleras Corp.) in 1986.
GA Technologios' operation includes experimental research and development of nuclear reactors and fuel fabrication techniques.
Because it is located in a highly urbanized location, any information regarding the company's continued safe or unsato operation is of high public interest and benefit to the residents at San Diego County.
Thorofore, I request that any fees or costs arising from this request be waived in accordance to law.
