Modification Kutber 5 to this Interagency Agreetent extended the period of perforcance f ro:-
July 23,196!. through Septetbcr 30, 1956. The purpose of this codification is to provide en esticate f or the II.asing of a Yellow Creek Nuclear Plant Model and to revise Artic1c 11 Scope of Work to include this lease. The rec;uired service shall be performed in accordance with Article 11, as revised hereir., and the contractor's proposal, dated March 13, 1986, which is hereby incorporated by reference. The subject agreement is hereby revised as follows:

- a. The contractor shall lease to the NRC a Yellow Creek Nuclear Plant model designed and built by TVA. The model shall be used at NRC's Technical Training Center.
- 2. Article 1, Period of Performance, is revised to set forth a designated lease period, which shall not have any impact on the overall expiration date of Septetber 30,19S8, f or this specific ac tion. Therefort, Article 1 is revised to include the following:
The lease period shall con =ence upon the contractor's assembly and the Government's acceptance of the model and shall continue through September 30, 1987.
- 3. Article'III, Estimated of Cost and Obligation of Funds, is revised to include the following new paragraph:
- d. The total estimated cost of this specific action is $3,681.00, which shall be reimbursed from funds currently obligated under the agreement.
- 4. The NEC shall er;1oy the services of a privatt toving co pany to move the model frot the contractor's f acility, located in }:noxville, Tennessee to the Nhc Technical Training Center located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The private moving'co=pany shall also be responsible for return transpertation and un-loading of the ecptied model crates from the technical Training Center to Knoxville, Tennessee. The move shall com=ence within 45 days frot the effective date of this modification. Transportation costs shall be directly reinbursed by Nhc to the private moving cocpany under a Government Bill of Lading.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
