Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter is to confirm a telecon held on November 12, 1986 between Mr. M. P. phillips of your staff and myself regarding Inspection Report Nos. 50-373/86029 and 50-374/86030.
In that telecon I requested an extension for Commonwealth Edison's (CECO) response until November 26, 1986. This extension is needed to allow CECO to adequately address all concerns identified in the inspection report and in Mr. Paperiello's cover letter.
Mr. Phillips granted the extension until November 26, 1986. He also stated that the NRC will review CECO's response prior to scheduling the meeting discussed in the cover letter.
