Enclosed is the service copy of the subpoena for the deposi-tion of Mr. David Feinberg in the above captioned proceeding and the service copy of the subpoena duces tecum for DOL documents related to the proceeding.
These subpoenas are being served on you in accordance with our telephone discussion with Presiding officer on May 29, 1987, during which you indicated you were act-ing as the representative of both the Department of Labor and Mr.
Feinberg and would accept service on behalf of both.
Also en-closed are related letters dated June 1, 1987 to Kenneth Stein, Deputy Regional Solicitor of Labor, and to Mr. Feinberg.
GPUN intends to conduct the deposition of Mr. Feinberg on June 18, 1987, starting at 9:30 a.m., at Geiger & Loria Reporting Service, Inc., 1000 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
