Limerick Generating Station Unit 1 Snubber Sample Plan for First Refueling Outage

Dear Mr. Russell:

Section 4.7.4.e of the Limerick Generating Station Technical Specifications titled " Functional Tests" states that one of the three sample plans provided in this section shall be selected prior to the first refueling shutdown to meet the snubber surveillance requirements.

We wish to advise you of our intent to comply with Section 4.7.4.e by selecting sample plan 3 as described on page 3/4 7-13 of the Technical Specifications.
