Transmitted herewith is the above subject technical evaluation report, which was completed under FIN A6483. This report documents INEL's evaluation of the conformance of Rancho Seco Nucler.c Generating Station to Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.97, " Instrument for Light-Water-Cooled Nuclear Power Plants to Assess Plant and Environs Conditions During and Following an Accident."
Revision 2 adds the clarification requested by the NRC lead engineer to Section 3.3.29. Based on the review, it is concluded that the licensee either conforms to or is justified in deviating from all variables in RG 1.97.
