This TER documents EG&G Idaho's evaluation of a Westinghouse submittal regarding the reliability of the South Texas Project (STP) Qualified Data Processing System (QDPS).

It is our conclusion that the QDPS digital channels have an estimated higher availability than comparable analog channels.
