VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY h0RTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGES Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating Licenses No. NPF-4 and NPF-7 for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2.
The proposed changes would modify Technical Specifications 3/4.12 (Radiological Environmental Monitoring) to reflect established practices, to agree with approved documents, and to conform to regulatory guidance.
This request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff.
It has been determined that this change will not present an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 and it does not involve a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92.
We have evaluated this request in accordance with the criteria of 10 CFR 170.12. The application fee of $150.00 is enclosed.
